ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
• Participate in the interviewing, hiring, and training of sales staff.
• Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
• Ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
• Ensuring that the store is adequately stocked with company products.
• Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Job Overview

We seek a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for visual communication, a keen eye for design aesthetics, and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing graphics. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with various teams to create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both print and digital platforms.
• Create and refine design concepts based on feedback and project requirements.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.
• Work closely with marketing, content creation, and other cross-functional teams to understand project goals and requirements.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Collaborate with external vendors or agencies as needed for specialized design projects.
• Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Stay updated on emerging design trends and tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
• Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions into design work with a positive and collaborative attitude.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Art and Design, Visual Arts, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
